And my recent comment is re: the claim in the manual that wifi-radar
will recreate the wifi-radar.conf file if it's missing, which isn't
correct as of the version I have.

Like I wrote above, I removed that claim from the manual in one of the
patches for bug #97413 but I was wondering if that change went in, since
the changelog only refers to formatting errors (my bad for using that
as the bug title, and then fixing other issues too in the patch).

A fix for The documentation should not lie about this was included in
the patch I submitted for bug #97413 which is marked as Fix released.
I haven't checked whether the released version actually contains all the
changes in the complex patch set I created; maintainer, could you please
confirm?

0ubuntu3 version does better checking of /etc/wifi-radar.conf during
install. Did the rewrite of /etc/wifi-radar.conf happened during
installation or during use of wifi-radar?

Oh and of course, WIBNI it would take more care when overwriting the
file with new data. Write to a temp file, move atop the old file only if
successful?

During its use. I believe I may have interrupted it with ctrl-C at some
point, or it could have gone sour without my noticing -- hadn't needed
it for a while, and only noticed today that the program would no longer
work.
