Pixeled fonts seem to be present on Unity 3D too. But it is less visible then in Unity 2D. For test open nautilus. Then open View pop-up menu. Above described test case is much more visible in Unity 2D. It seems that this is a bug in RGBA anti-aliasing. If you change anti- aliasing to grayscale, the bug disappears. Confirming the bug in 12.04 LTS final release version with all recent updates installed.
