I created a GPG Key and uploaded to a keyserver.
Then i try to send a PGP Encrypted mail to my wifes address and Evolution 
cannot create it, why is this so so so so difficult to do? There is no 
applicable tutorial on Google that can explain email encryption well. Please 
help

I'm using Evolution in Ubuntu Precise.

This is the error message
