[Bug 993950] Re: The cursor at the top of the screen on Gnome-Classic gets out of context
I don't know if it was a bug or not, in any case, if it was, it was related to Compiz. Working with Metacity solves the problem. ** Changed in: ubuntu Status: Opinion = Invalid ** Converted to question: https://answers.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+question/202659 -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/993950 Title: The cursor at the top of the screen on Gnome-Classic gets out of context To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+bug/993950/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs

[Bug 993950] Re: The cursor at the top of the screen on Gnome-Classic gets out of context
I can confirm this bug if you use compiz with gnome classic. With metacity and gnome classic, there isn't any problem ! -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/993950 Title: The cursor at the top of the screen on Gnome-Classic gets out of context To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+bug/993950/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
[Bug 993950] Re: The cursor at the top of the screen on Gnome-Classic gets out of context
Thanks a lot Sir Mohegan. Certainly , running gnome-classic without effects (just metacity, not compiz) is solved 90%. If you have the windows' close button configured to the right of the windows, it's difficult to click on close moving the cursor to the top right. You must click at least 2 o3 times and sometimes it doesn't work (and I'm talking about metacity). Thanks anyway to confirm my problem Jack Mohegan.
