I don't know if it was a bug or not, in any case, if it was, it was
related to Compiz. Working with Metacity solves the problem.

I can confirm this bug if you use compiz with gnome classic. With
metacity and gnome classic, there isn't any problem !

Thanks a lot Sir Mohegan. Certainly , running gnome-classic without
effects (just metacity, not compiz) is solved 90%. If you have the
windows' close button configured to the right of the windows, it's
difficult to click on close moving the cursor to the top right. You must
click at least 2 o3 times and sometimes it doesn't work (and I'm talking
about metacity).
