Sorry,
I now there was a problem with the log file. I already put it
on the bug server, but apparently, it did not work. Whatever,
I finish to use an old  ubuntu CD version, and upgarde to the
latest with internet update, and add manually the KDE desktop
to have a kubuntu version.

 I'm afraid that there is nothing I can do about this without the
 requested log files. If you (the original reporter) can
reproduce this
 bug with a current release and can get me the log files,
feel free to
 reopen this bug. (Anyone else reading this who believes they
have a
 similar problem should open a new bug instead.)

Normally i Already put the log files on the bugzilla server.
But in a second path.
So you should find it with the bug message if the bugzilla
service works well.

 Just following up on this bug. Will you be able to provide
these log
 files? (you will have to repeat the install attempt with the
same Live
 CD to get them) Without the logs we will not be able to
follow up this
