[Bug 1286194] Re: openvswitch-datapath-dkms 1.4.6-0ubuntu1.12.04.2: openvswitch kernel module failed to build
Hello. I'm a beginner who are getting started learning Openstack and SDN. I'd wanna implement OpenStack based Cloud over SDN networks, and I noticed that a Plugin which connects Neutron with OpenFlow Controller. I've found a few open-software OF controllers provide such Plugin, e.g., NEC Plugin on Trema and BigSwitch RestProxy Plugin on Floodlight. However, I've implemented Openstack through OVS now so that I'm looking for a Plugin which provides API for both Standalone mode's OVS and OpenFlow mode's OVS. Is there such a Plugin now? As far as I know, the Standalone OVS, which is in the Cloud, cannot support both modes at the same time. Is it right? -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Server Team, which is subscribed to openvswitch in Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1286194 Title: openvswitch-datapath-dkms 1.4.6-0ubuntu1.12.04.2: openvswitch kernel module failed to build To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/openvswitch/+bug/1286194/+subscriptions -- Ubuntu-server-bugs mailing list Ubuntu-server-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com Modify settings or unsubscribe at: https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-server-bugs

Please read this message in its entirety before responding. Your bug was confirmed at least 1 year ago and has not had any activity on it for over a year. Your bug is still set to NEW which means that it is open and confirmed. It would be nice to have the bug confirmed on a newer version than the version reported in the original report to know that the bug is still present -- sometimes a bug is inadvertently fixed over time and just never closed. If you have time please do the following: 1) Test to see if the bug is still present on a currently supported version of LibreOffice (preferably 4.2 or newer). 2) If it is present please leave a comment telling us what version of LibreOffice and your operating system. 3) If it is NOT present please set the bug to RESOLVED-WORKSFORME and leave a short comment telling us your version and Operating System Please DO NOT 1) Update the version field 2) Reply via email (please reply directly on the bug tracker) 3) Set the bug to RESOLVED - FIXED (this status has a particular meaning that is not appropriate in this case) + + + + + + + + + + + + + + + + + + + + + + + + + + + + + + + + + + + + + + + LibreOffice is powered by a team of volunteers, every bug is confirmed (triaged) by human beings who mostly give their time for free. [Bug 1384674] Re: enblend running out of temp space: poor diagnostics and configuration possibilities
The environment variable `TMPDIR' controls the placement of temporary files as documented in section Tuning Memory Usage of the Enblend and Enfuse manuals. The actual, assigned directory for the ImageCache can easily be inquired by calling Enblend or Enfuse with the option pair `--verbose --version' or shorter `-Vv', and the relevant part of answer looks like this: Extra feature: image cache: yes - environment variable TMPDIR not set, cache file in default directory /tmp or Extra feature: image cache: yes - environment variable TMPDIR set, cache file located in /work if TMPDIR=/work Both options, `--verbose' and `--version' are documented, too. [Bug 1382340] Re: “BUG: scheduling while atomic: nc/3622/0x00000101”
Looks like the issue is in the implementation of the netfilter hook kernel module, as its not recommended to use GFP_KERNEL, and cannot sleep in netfilter hooks, since the hookos are run in interrupt context (when the packet is received) by the net_rx_action softirq. [Bug 1385606] [NEW] Black screen when entering GDM login page
Public bug reported: Ubuntu version: Ubuntu GNOME 14.10 stable amd64 GDM version: 3.10.0.1-0ubuntu7 CPU Vendor: AMD GPU vendor: AMD Computer type: Laptop After fresh installing Ubuntu GNOME 14.10, everything was fine and I installed fglrx. However after I reboot my machine it just stuck between the start screen (with GNOME's footprint in the center) and the login page. It was a black screen but the screen is on because I could see the backlight. However I was able to change to a tty by pressing Ctrl+Alt+F1 and after I installed LightDM and made it as default my machine successfully booted into the login page and everything was fine. I think this is a bug related to GDM, fglrx, systemd and upstart. [Bug 1384674] Re: enblend running out of temp space: poor diagnostics and configuration possibilities
Thank you both for your suggestions. I am using enblend with the hugin frontend on Fedora. enblend-4.1.1-3.fc19.i686 $ enblend -V enblend 4.1.1 I noticed the 4.2 version in the mercurial repo appears to have more verbose output and more documentation which would have helped a lot in my case. The TMPDIR ought also be mentioned in the manpage, attaching a patch. However, looking at the source code I am wondering if tmpdir gets used at all - or is it dead code now? In my case I had additional screwup as hugin discarded the preset TMPDIR and when setting the hugin tmpdir via gui somehow this setting has been reset on one occasion Did not try -m 100MB. ** Patch added: enblend man page diff https://bugs.launchpad.net/enblend/+bug/1384674/+attachment/420/+files/enblend-man.diff -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1384674 Title: enblend running out of temp space: poor diagnostics and configuration possibilities To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/enblend/+bug/1384674/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs

[Bug 1385607] Re: simple-scan segfaults with Floating point exception (core dumped)
I do have a file https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/xsane/+bug/204621 so maybe that would be helpful? In the meantime I ran it in gdb and get (gdb) run Starting program: /usr/bin/simple-scan [Thread debugging using libthread_db enabled] Using host libthread_db library /lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libthread_db.so.1.
