Hello, I work with Ubuntu 19.04 and gnome 3.32.1 with Dash to Panel extension and the same bug just happened to me. I can't restart gnome since Wayland is enabled. [Bug 1863873] Re: Systemd fails to configure bridged network in LXC container
I can confirm this behavior after update to systemd 237-3ubuntu10.39 on privileged and unprivileged containers. We classify this bug as critical because in the next monthly update cycle via ansible orchestration we would expect failing all Bionic LXC containers. The only workaround seems to manually define a static network configuration in /etc/netplan/10-lxc.yaml via lxc-attach. But this is not an acceptable solution for 180 servers we run. Some our Plesk servers already failed completely due to automatic upgrades Plesk triggered daily. Websites were down for hours until we figured out the reason. I would appreciate that someone solves this problem due to urgency. "..I see some large delays during kernel/userspace boot that it would be good to understand what's going on. Additionally, there areas during boot that see delays is different for an image that's been created from a template vs. stock images." Q: I don't know what these are. I have HP 450 G6 as well. Installing the latest firmware as described unfortunately did NOT fix the issue. Just to clarify something with the others that have experienced and reported the issue ... Please confirm that you are pressing Fn+F3/F4/F8 while the little led on the Fn key is lit. If that is not the case, then you are actually pressing only F3/F4/F8 which worked just fine anyways. So, to reproduce: 1) press Fn+Left Shift (Fn Lock) so that the led on Fn is lit. 2) press the combinations in question Fn+F3/F4/F8 and verify the keycodes are different with showkey. Reason for this: I thought it was fixed for a moment after installing the new firmware. The cake is a lie. --print-uris does *NOT* print the URIs an "apt update" is bound to use. It can't because it doesn't download any file and it would need to download at least the (current) InRelease file to answer that. So what it does is print the URIs it would download IF everything would exist and be advertised in the (In)Release file. The option is from a time the answer was a lot easier to answer (a long time ago), but nowadays apt supports too many optional features which are handled at runtime to make accurate predictions (especially) about the future. So, your problem is elsewhere. Please check what "update" says. What a following install command says and verify that the deb file it wants to download actually exists. "~Ubuntu" in the version seems kinda strange… usually its lowercase. Either is fine, but consistency is key: apt as most tools in Linux is case-sensitive. I reviewed mysql-router 8.0.19-0ubuntu2 as checked into focal (when this review
started). This shouldn't be considered a full audit but rather a quick gauge of
maintainability.
mysql-router is a binary package from mysql-8.0 that is responsible for routing
connections from MySQL clients to MySQL servers. As mentioned previously, only
mysql-router is missing in main from mysql-8.0 source package.

The hardware can not handle short frames below or equal to 32
bytes according to the hardware user manual, and it will trigger
a RAS error when the frame's length is below 33 bytes.
This patch pads the SKB when skb->len is below 33 bytes before
sending it to hardware.

I'll add my frustration here as well and possibly a solution. I think we all agree that this is a basic feature and removing it results in a horrible user experience. The key here is IMHO the lack of discoverability. I wouldn't call myself a beginner user and yet I had no idea that the disappearing "New document" in the contextmenu was related to the Template folder. Anyway, I’ll be sad to see yet another LTS shipped where this isn’t fix, so what do you think about this simple solution: If the Templates folder is empty, a submenu entry is added in the contextmenu, which simply is a link to the Template folder. And ofc as soon as you put something in the Template folder, the user sees only that in the submenu. We already have a help text inside the folder and a "learn more..." link. It’s not ideal, but it increases discoverability which is key here. What do you think? This makes it far too easy to make your system unbootable.
