Re: [Bug 911383] Re: UFW missing pre-configured HTTPS option
Yes, it's complicate now, because the code use the service name without limits. In other way gufw must use the 'standard' command in the preconf and the user can create anothers configurations :-) but we're thinking on an intro/wizzard and could be good idea recommend use limit with ssh :-) I must tell you that this issue will be solved for 13.04 ;-) Cheers and thanks for the ideas!!! :-D On Jan 5, 2012 9:17 PM, Lars Noodén lars.noo...@gmail.com wrote: I'm not sure if this is making things too complicated, but one of the problems with SSH is that bots start to hammer it from the moment it is turned on. Hi! I confirm this issue. I just tried Xubuntu 11.10 and Gufw hasn't icons. In Ubuntu I have these icons: /usr/share/icons/gnome/scalable/actions/list-remove-symbolic.svg /usr/share/icons/gnome/scalable/actions/list-add-symbolic.svg /usr/share/icons/hicolor/scalable/apps/gdu-encrypted-lock.svg In Xubuntu I haven't these icons. [Bug 390508] Re: notify-send ignores the expire timeout parameter
Hi! I found this bug because I saw that notifications were ignoring my expiration time too (using dbus). About the option: notify-send --hint=string:x-canonical-private-synchronous: message Has an error, try this: The terminal with 2 tabs: In time order: - Tab1: notify-send Message - Tab2 (while bubble of tab1 is showing): notify-send --hint=string:x-canonical-private-synchronous: message1 notify-send --hint=string:x-canonical-private-synchronous: message2 The error is: You will see message1 while Message persists, and you'll lost message2 notification. I think the expiration time is important for some applications.
