Ubuntu MID is mainly targeted at devices using Intel Atom processor.
So it is x86 or a subset of it.
If I remember correctly Nokia N8xx devices use ARM processor. And
Ubuntu does not have an ARM port, even unofficial one.

Please correct me if I am wrong.

Yes you are right onkar +1 from me

   Another thing
Is Intel Atom available for mobiles too?

 can you guide me?

The below command lets you know whether your proc supports
Virtualisation Extension or not.

$egrep '(vmx|svm)' /proc/cpuinfo

If something like the below output is printed when you execute the
above command then, your proc supports KVM.

flags : fpu vme de pse tsc msr pae mce cx8 apic sep mtrr pge mca cmov
pat pse36 clflush dts acpi mmx fxsr sse sse2 ss ht tm pbe nx lm
constant_tsc arch_perfmon pebs bts pni monitor ds_cpl vmx est tm2
ssse3 cx16 xtpr lahf_lm
flags : fpu vme de pse tsc msr pae mce cx8 apic sep mtrr pge mca cmov
pat pse36 clflush dts acpi mmx fxsr sse sse2 ss ht tm pbe nx lm
constant_tsc arch_perfmon pebs bts pni monitor ds_cpl vmx est tm2
ssse3 cx16 xtpr lahf_lm

You can then start installing kvm and proceeding with other tutorials
available all over the net.

Have fun!

 Dear all,

 hardware support well with UMID.

Aren't you asking question in reverse direction? How can hardware
decide which software to support?
You should be asking does Ubuntu MID support N800?. And the answer
is NO. Ubuntu MID is for x84 architecture only as of now.

x84 architecture ? Is that the architecture of the Samsung Ultra Q1 which is
the primary development device for Ubuntu MID ?

Thanks,
