May be that having put the SIM in slide 1 has solved the problem (if allways is in 3G). I'll say to you and thanks for your interest. Re: [Ubuntu-phone] Data only in 3G
The app is Webtwlegram. I have no other BQ phone. But someone has said something interesting: See if the leter is E or H to know if I'm in 2G or 3G. I did not do it. Only if the problem appears with E it matches with what the company said to me. If so when there is E instead of H I sould disconect data. Other thing is that the problem appears not only with Webtelegram. The problem could be only with 2G. Are you talking about the Telegram app or something else, browser based? What exactly is 'navigating with Telegram'? Have you done some own tests, i.e.: - open the Tg app - write some stuff to someone - and while writing, do a call from the landline phone on your desk or from some other mobile to your BQ Have you test this? Re: [Ubuntu-phone] Data only in 3G
Supose I'm using data and navigating (specially with Telegram). If someone tries to call to me he's said that this number is not accessible. I asked the company (Lowi) and they said that it was posible and that the SIM has to be located in hole 1. Not in 2G. Only in 3G or 4G. They said I had test other phone and if it fails they would resolve it. As the setup of our phone offers 2G/3G in the same place i thought it could be a problem. Perhaps there is a file in ofono or something else were I could manually specify only 3G. Re: [Ubuntu-phone] Data only in 3G
If I'm ussing data I don't know if someone tries to call me. So it may be impossible for him to make the call. Only when I finish ussing data I'll receive an SMS saying that someone tried to phone me. Re: [Ubuntu-phone] Data only in 3G
You can do this easily by disabling data when someone calls - pull down the network drawer from top of device. In Lowi they say that I have to set 3G not 2G in order to avoid a problem when someone makes a call. I'd like to know if there is a way of doing it.
