[Ubuntu-phone] Landing team 02.09.16

Hello everyone!

The big copy-paste silo has finally landed! We have snapshotted the
state of the overlay and will be preparing for our first rc image
soon. We still have some few minor bugfix silos we want to include
around Monday, but at least all the big things are now in place.

So today, besides the big copy-paste feature landing, we also had: a
new messaging-app fix for character count logic and a sync-monitor
bugfix release (retrying syncs in case of errors, asking the user for
re-validation on authentication failure, notifying of sync errors).

Some (possibly?) sad news: I will be out for my summer vacation for
the next two weeks, so no landing team e-mails during that time. But
worry not, I will be back with recharged batteries - maybe thanks to
that my future status updates will be a bit more interesting ;)
