[Bug 458352] Re: Karmic - Corrupted Recovery Menu
*** This bug is a duplicate of bug 456806 *** https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/456806 I am affected by the same problem. It occurs only when booting to recovery mode - regular booting works fine. Still, it's very concerning to realize that once a problem occurs in my main setup, I may not be able to fix it easily. Some additional details that may help: - I consciously don' t use swap. Relying on swap space to avoid bugs is not an acceptable solution. - I have multiple NTFS volumes for my Windows XP setup. Only my XP C: drive is (apparently) set to mount automatically when booting Kubuntu normally. My NTFS data volume needs to be mounted automatically from within Dolphin. Restart openldap : sudo /etc/init.d/slapd restart Note that after the upgrade I got the version 2.4.18-0ubuntu1 of OpenLDAP server. I think it's a bug because : 1. before the upgrade everthing was working fine and 2. we have to manualy add the rule (it's not so easy) ** Affects: openldap (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New ** Affects: phpldapadmin (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New -- Our attempts to find your SCHEMA for attributetypes have FAILED https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/489619 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Server Team, which is subscribed to openldap in ubuntu. -- Ubuntu-server-bugs mailing list Ubuntu-server-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com Modify settings or unsubscribe at: https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-server-bugs
