It looks like you have a couple of issues here: 1) AppArmor parser error for /etc/apparmor.d/usr.sbin.mysqld in /etc/apparmor.d/usr.sbin.mysqld at line 9: Could not open 'abstractions/mysql' This is odd - this file is part of the apparmor package and should be represent in /etc/apparmor.d/abstractions - please could you take a look and see if it is missing. 2) /media/raid5/Pierre/mysql/serveur-ubuntu.lower-test is being denied to mysql It would appear that mysql is trying to access this directory to create data files - is /var/lib/mysql a symbolic link to this directory? In which case it probably needs to be added to /etc/apparmor.d/usr.sbin.mysqld - see the file for how /var/lib/mysql is setup. Please update this file accordingly and try to start mysql.
