Hi, I am using Linux Mint 64 bit edition Maya. And I am in similar problem. Thing is, I do not remember disabling the i386 packages in /etc/apt/sources.list And it is trying to pull both amd64 and i386 updates. I manually installed the i386 package using dpkg after downloading it. After that, sudo apt-get -f install worked. But it is workaround, and definitely not the solution. [Bug 1031359] Re: [MIR] cinder
Ok, ubuntu3 solves the installation issues. I have verified that cinder is using the root wrapper by default. One last question, /etc/cinder/rootwrap.conf has the following: [DEFAULT] # List of directories to load filter definitions from (separated by ','). # These directories MUST all be only writeable by root ! filters_path=/etc/cinder/rootwrap.d,/usr/share/cinder/rootwrap While /etc/cinder/rootwrap.d exists and contains volume.filters, /usr/share/cinder/rootwrap does not exist. [Bug 1040846] [NEW] Missing content in /etc/nsswitch.conf causes failure
Public bug reported: I can't find any package that /etc/nsswitch.conf belongs to, so I'm reporting this issue here since it's related to automount. I use NIS to distribute automount databases, and the autofs5 package. My /etc/auto.master file contains: +auto.master and I can run ypcat -k auto.master and it works fine. However, when I start automount -f -v I get these errors: ~# automount -f -v Starting automounter version 5.0.6, master map /etc/auto.master using kernel protocol version 5.02 syntax error in nsswitch config near [ syntax error ] lookup(file): failed to read included master map auto.master no mounts in table Looking at /etc/nsswitch.conf I see that there is NO entry for automount at all in this file. I added a line like this: automount: files nis and after that, it worked fine. [Bug 1040800] Re: res_config_sqlite should be ported to sqlite3
Right now, it's simply a MOTU Developer initiative. Not a concrete / release team approved goal. I am trying to triange and find packages that: * depend on sqlite2 * have not been ported to sqlite3 OR do not have sqlite3 equivalent packaged Binary package asterisk-modules depends on both sqlite2 3. Most of the modules in that package provide both sqlite2 3 versions of modules where appropriate. There is: res_config_sqlite module which links against sqlite2 and there is no res_config_sqlite3 provided. So if we do decide to drop sqlite2, then there will be loss of functionality (res_config_sqlite module) with no upgrade path, cause there is no res_config_sqlite3 module. Hence this wishlist bug to port that individual module. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Server Team, which is subscribed to asterisk in Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1040800 Title: res_config_sqlite should be ported to sqlite3 To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/asterisk/+bug/1040800/+subscriptions -- Ubuntu-server-bugs mailing list Ubuntu-server-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com Modify settings or unsubscribe at: https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-server-bugs
