[Bug 1326396] Re: When reloading apache2 get a warning message: worker http://127.0.0.1:8180 already used by another worker
Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make Ubuntu better. As upstream has stated that this is a spurious warning, this issue has only now been reported in Lucid after it has already been out for four years already, and I don't expect that any new installations will be using Lucid, I think a Low importance is appropriate. ** Changed in: apache2 (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided = Low -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Server Team, which is subscribed to apache2 in Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1326396 Title: When reloading apache2 get a warning message: worker http://127.0.0.1:8180 already used by another worker To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/apache2/+bug/1326396/+subscriptions -- Ubuntu-server-bugs mailing list Ubuntu-server-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com Modify settings or unsubscribe at: https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-server-bugs

[Bug 1326739] Re: [ubunutu 14.04] hp-dv5 resume instantly from suspend mode
Suspend, hibernate, and resume functionality is provided by three different packages: gnome-power-manager (in Ubuntu and Edubuntu) is responsible for setting policy on when the system should be suspended or resumed and signaling the system to do so. pm-utils is responsible for getting the system into a state where it can be suspended or hibernated, and handling any cleanup after resume. The kernel implements the actual suspending and resuming and is generally the responsible package when there are any hardware-related failures after resume. If you are unsure which package is causing the problem, a safe bet is the kernel (package 'linux'), but make sure the bug title includes suspend or hibernate. For my bug : gnome-power-manager do the right thing because when te laptop is unused it start to suspend...but it resume instantly..so the problematic package might be pm-utils because when the system resume the hardware runs correctly ** Package changed: ubuntu = pm-utils (Ubuntu) -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Server Team, which is subscribed to pm-utils in Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1326739 Title: [ubunutu 14.04] hp-dv5 resume instantly from suspend mode To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/pm-utils/+bug/1326739/+subscriptions -- Ubuntu-server-bugs mailing list Ubuntu-server-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com Modify settings or unsubscribe at: https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-server-bugs

[Bug 1311919] Re: [SRU] pressing F5 throws errors about windows.tmux missing
I reproduced the issue on trusty, and byobu 5.77-0ubuntu1.1 fixed the issue for me. After I upgraded the package, I no longer got the error message when I pressed F5. ** Tags removed: verification-needed ** Tags added: verification-done -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Server Team, which is subscribed to byobu in Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1311919 Title: [SRU] pressing F5 throws errors about windows.tmux missing To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/byobu/+bug/1311919/+subscriptions -- Ubuntu-server-bugs mailing list Ubuntu-server-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com Modify settings or unsubscribe at: https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-server-bugs
[Bug 1327021] [NEW] regression in snapshot performance in trusty
Public bug reported: 'nova image-create' is a lot slower on a trusty openstack than a precise one: +-+++---+ | ubuntu | image | disk size (GB) | snapshot time (s) | +-+++---+ | precise | cirros | 1 | 6 | +-+++---+ | precise | cirros | 10 | 6 | +-+++---+ | precise | trusty | 10 | 38| +-+++---+ | trusty | cirros | 1 | 15| +-+++---+ | trusty | cirros | 10 | 61| +-+++---+ | trusty | trusty | 10 | 100 | +-+++---+ It's also interesting that the time in trusty appears to depend on the disk size whereas it didn't in trusty. AFAICT the nova code is the same in both havana and icehouse, leaving libvirt as the most likely culprit -- but this is not confirmed. ** Affects: libvirt (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New ** Description changed: 'nova image-create' is a lot slower on a trusty openstack than a precise one: +-+++---+ - | ubuntu | image | disk size (GB) | snapshot time (s) | + | ubuntu | image | disk size (GB) | snapshot time (s) | +-+++---+ - | precise | cirros | 1 | 6 | + | precise | cirros | 1 | 6 | +-+++---+ - | precise | cirros | 10 | 6 | + | precise | cirros | 10 | 6 | +-+++---+ - | precise | trusty | 10 | 38| + | precise | trusty | 10 | 38| +-+++---+ - | trusty | cirros | 1 | 15| + | trusty | cirros | 1 | 15| +-+++---+ - | trusty | cirros | 10 | 61| + | trusty | cirros | 10 | 61| +-+++---+ - | trusty | trusty | 10 | 100 | + | trusty | trusty | 10 | 100 | +-+++---+ It's also interesting that the time in trusty appears to depend on the disk size whereas it didn't in trusty.
