I subscribed to the debian package tracker for these packages: python-
maxminddb, libmaxminddb0, python-geoip2

I subscribed to upstream announce mailing lists or equivalent for these
projects: python-maxminddb (via github releases), libmaxminddb (via
github releases), python-geoip2 (via github releases).
