[Bug 623021] Re: ubiquity-dm crashed with OSError in _execute_child()
Hello I have tested ubuntu amd64 desktop 20100824 on a qemu-kvm VM and i have reproduced the bug, gdm don't start, but in a real hardware Live session and Installation from DVD (image size too large for CD) i cannot reproduce it because it simply works as expected, Live session works and ubiquity do it's work. Then I assign the bug to qemu. [Bug 407302] Re: No more network after removing network-manager
Hello Lieven. From: http://www.debian.org/releases/stable/amd64/ch03s01.html.en The installer software, debian-installer, is the primary concern of this manual. It detects hardware and loads appropriate drivers, uses dhcp-client to set up the network connection, runs debootstrap to install the base system packages, and runs tasksel to allow you to install certain additional software. Can i close this report ? :)Fabio ** Changed in: ubuntu Status: New = Incomplete ** Package changed: ubuntu = dhcp3 (Ubuntu) ** Tags added: alpha3 karmic ** Tags removed: needs-reassignment ** Tags added: karmic-alpha3 ** Tags removed: alpha3 karmic -- No more network after removing network-manager https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/407302 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Server Team, which is subscribed to dhcp3 in ubuntu. -- Ubuntu-server-bugs mailing list Ubuntu-server-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com Modify settings or unsubscribe at: https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-server-bugs
