As far as I know this call needs a NetBIOS name, so I don't think this is a bug or a regression. Sorry - I don't know. This is a new backup protocol following two bad experiences with tape mechanisms, so I have only been doing it for a couple of months, and only on this version. If there is still a gutsy box around at work I will try the test script on that next week. What happens when you use the netbios name tto connect to the share and not the IP address?
