I'm sorry, but I can't, because our complete network architecture is
imaging by these configs.
But I can provide sample config extracts. By the way, the error also
occures with hosts.

The access.log from apache shows the following entry:

The empty space in service_description was replaced by + and the +
was replaced by %2B, but reverse it doesn't work.
