According to the log file:

正在安装新版本的配置文件 /etc/ftpusers ...
vsftpd user (ftp) already exists, doing nothing.
chown: 无效的组: root:ftp
dpkg：处理 vsftpd (--configure)时出错：
 子进程 已安装的 post-installation 脚本 返回了错误号 1


I noticed that some of the sentences in this bug report are not in English. If
