Public bug reported:
Currently, the eucalyptus admin tools (clc/tools/src) are shipped in the
eucalyptus-common package. This should not be the case given that these
tools can be run from any machine outside the Eucalyptus CLC or any
other node within the eucalyptus cluster.
These, however, should be shipped in their own package to allow users to
install them without having to install eucalyptus-common.
