Binary package hint: cloud-init

user is prompted for install of grub when upgrading.
I found this on 
ubuntu-natty-daily-i386-server-20110405
and also saw 
ebs/ubuntu-natty-daily-i386-desktop-20110403

I believe it is because the name change of the device in natty kernels
from sda1 to xvda1.
