[Bug 809239] Re: Default interface config is not deleted after upgrade to Natty (dhcp3-server)
Thanks for the bug report, I am going to mark this invalid as it seems it's not the issue first thought. However, please can you provide links to the docs you were using? Thanks. ** Changed in: dhcp3 (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided = Low ** Changed in: dhcp3 (Ubuntu) Status: New = Invalid -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Server Team, which is subscribed to dhcp3 in Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/809239 Title: Default interface config is not deleted after upgrade to Natty (dhcp3-server) To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/dhcp3/+bug/809239/+subscriptions -- Ubuntu-server-bugs mailing list Ubuntu-server-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com Modify settings or unsubscribe at: https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-server-bugs
[Bug 809239] Re: Default interface config is not deleted after upgrade to Natty (dhcp3-server)
Fuckfuckfuck. I bang my head to the wall. I sucked for 40 minutes, why the dhcp server can not use my subnet description. I edited wrong file: The /etc/dhcp3/dhcpd.conf is also not deleted after upgrade to Natty. The real problem is that I tried to follow the dhcp server setup tutorials/forum topics on the internet and all mention the old locations of the config files which are still presented on the system after upgrade.
