I'm playing with libvirt and lxc.

After mounting cgroups, libvirt would fail, complaining like:
14:11:47.530: 14545: error : lxcVmStart:1418 : internal error The 'cpuacct', 
'devices' & 'memory' cgroups controllers must be mounted
14:19:50.412: 14545: error : lxcVmStart:1418 : internal error The 'cpuacct', 
'devices' & 'memory' cgroups controllers must be mounted


I thought to restart libvirtd and did:
 sudo restart libvirt-bin

doing so does not actually stop libvirt-bin, the pid will remain the same.
So, that did not fix my problem, but the following *does*:
  sudo stop libvirt-bin
  sudo start libvirt-bin
