Hi Ademar Thanks for taking the time to report this bug. I would recommend for the time being that you delete the example dc=nodomain - this is a legacy from older releases which provided an example set of data. You should then be able to upgrade openldap. Please could you provide output from the following command in this bug report: ls -l /var/backups/slapd-2.4.25-1.1ubuntu4.1 If you could also check that each of the ldif files that should be in that directory contain data for nodomain and case.lan that would also be helpful.
