User Interface Freeze Exception: updating the jammy mascot wallpapers

We need to update the jammy mascot wallpapers today. See

We are updating ubuntu-wallpapers-jammy and ubiquity-slideshow-ubuntu.
Please let me know if you can think of any other packages we will need
to update for this change.
