[Ubuntu-webapps-bugs] [Bug 1455243] Re: No memorized passwords
Thanks for the report Davide. This is definitely something we will want to implement, especially with convergence in mind. We discussed it recently, and even though work on the feature is not scheduled yet, it’s in our backlog. ** Changed in: webbrowser-app (Ubuntu) Status: New = Confirmed ** Also affects: webbrowser-app Importance: Undecided Status: New ** Changed in: webbrowser-app Status: New = Confirmed ** Changed in: webbrowser-app Importance: Undecided = Medium -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu WebApps bug tracking, which is subscribed to webbrowser-app. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1455243 Title: No memorized passwords Status in Web Browser App: Confirmed Status in webbrowser-app package in Ubuntu: Confirmed Bug description: bq device, r22. The browser neither remembers nor does prompt for remembering the usernames and passwords in websites. This is kind of a basic function nowadays in browser, since almost every page tries to offer a personalized experience to the user, and it is pretty annoying to manually reinsert them every time that the session terminates, especially on frequently used websites. [Ubuntu-webapps-bugs] [Bug 1455399] [NEW] Search engines list overlap with settings header
Public bug reported: This will be more easily observed once https://code.launchpad.net/~osomon/webbrowser-app/systemwide-search- engines/+merge/257830 lands. In the settings screen, if the user has two or more custom definitions for search engines, an entry is shown to allow selecting the preferred search engine. Scrolling that list upwards will make its delegates overlap with the settings page header. See attached screenshot. ** Affects: webbrowser-app Importance: Low Assignee: Olivier Tilloy (osomon) Status: In Progress ** Attachment added: search-engines-overlap.png https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1455399/+attachment/4397976/+files/search-engines-overlap.png ** Changed in: webbrowser-app Importance: Undecided = Low ** Changed in: webbrowser-app Assignee: (unassigned) = Olivier Tilloy (osomon) ** Changed in: webbrowser-app Status: New = In Progress -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu WebApps bug tracking, which is subscribed to webbrowser-app. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1455399 Title: Search engines list overlap with settings header Status in Web Browser App: In Progress Bug description: This will be more easily observed once https://code.launchpad.net/~osomon/webbrowser-app/systemwide-search- engines/+merge/257830 lands.
