[Ubuntu-x-swat] [Bug 1564585] [NEW] make an virtual package for updating to latest video drivers available
Public bug reported: I would like to be able to install, for example, wily video drivers/kernel/mesa easily. [Ubuntu-x-swat] [Bug 1564565] [NEW] xinput forgets settings (props) after unplugging/plugging back
Public bug reported: I have recently acquired a Huion graphic tablet. It works well without configuration but I need to set some properties to enhance my experience. I've done so with the following commands: xinput set-prop "HUION PenTablet Pen" "Evdev Axis Inversion" 1, 1 xinput set-prop "HUION PenTablet Pen" --type=float "Coordinate Transformation Matrix" 0.6 0 0 0 1 0 0 0 1 These commands are working but the modifications are forgotten when I unplug the tablet and plug it back in. According to an answer found on askubuntu, this is a bug that should be reported. I know these settings aren't supposed to be remembered after shutting down the computer, this is different and cannot be solved by a script running at startup. [Ubuntu-x-swat] [Bug 1563706] Re: Left click not working in workspace only
@penalvch OK, tried running the latest daily-live xenial. Tried opening several Firefox windows and tabs with my Google Drive documents and other windows. No problem after more than 30 minutes working. Suspend mode didn't cause the bug on xenial. I couldn't try hibernate, of course, since I'm on a live USB stick.
