I have found a wrokaround and that is to kill/restart pulseaudio and restart LMMS but this only fixes it for a moment. [Ubuntustudio-bugs] [Bug 1417470] Re: PDF+Latex export creates multipage pdf, pages missing
Sorry, but the new one also works for me on Debian stretch. (0.92+devel trunk-61-gcd5a5eac59 2017-07-02) Also with the very latest (Inkscape 0.92+devel trunk-90-g42bf908b41 2017-07-06) from a few minutes ago (Take care, they changed some dependencies: I needed to install libsoup2.4-dev, remove the whole build folder and run cmake again, so that it finally compiled) Could you try to tracking this down further, by finding out which commit broke it (git bisect), and additionally by getting a backtrace at where it gets stuck? -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Studio Bugs, which is subscribed to inkscape in Ubuntu. Matching subscriptions: Ubuntu Studio Bugs https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1417470 Title: PDF+Latex export creates multipage pdf, pages missing Status in Inkscape: Fix Committed Status in inkscape package in Ubuntu: Confirmed Status in inkscape package in Debian: Confirmed Bug description: In 0.91 the z-order information in svg is used to create multipage PDF+LaTeX documents as per bug 771957. However, for the SVGs I have been converting to PDF+LaTeX in this way, the TeX-file instructs to load more pages than the PDF has, for example the PDF has only three pages and the TeX file also includes page=4. This basically breaks the PDF+LaTeX export for me and I have to use EPS+LaTeX + epstopdf package. The bug occurs on OpenSuse 13.1 and Windows 8.1. Attached a zip file with two svg files and their broken PDF+LaTeX counterparts. I opened the packages one by one with gnome-software and pressed Install - nothing, except for a super-quick progress bar animation, happened. No matter how many times I tried, same result. Also, an icon pops up on the panel saying "Waiting to install", but nothing seems to happen. This only seems to happen with third-party packages; installing a random deb from packages.ubuntu.com/xenial worked. I even tried to reinstall the system to make this work, but same problem. Gdebi, however, installs the packages as expected.
