I think it is very interesting that Kellyanne Conway has dropped herself
from secret service protection, if my sources are correct so has Donald
Trump junior. Now let us put this into perspective, under president Obama
administration, he had 31 members of family under protection. Under
president Trump, he currently has 42 members of family that are under
protection. Now you need to realize that the two families have very
different back grounds. But let us look back to where we are coming from,
All former presidents have been protected for life in United States, until
in 1997 when Congress passed a legislation limiting the protection of a
former president to ten years after leaving office. The Vice president was
losing protection the day he leaves office, and the children of president
gets protected until age 16.
When The Democrats were in power, and Obama as their president, president
Obama With the stroke of a pen, gave himself and his wife Michelle, a Secret
Service protection for the rest of their lives.
