lists.uknof.org.uk, however, does.

WAIT. I think you're not telling the truth. If it was really on Mythic Beasts 
it would be v6 only. Yes, v6 only. I still see v4 After all, what "operator" 
doesn't have v6 on their mail server? BTW: I don't want to start an argy-bargy 
about this; but ... it's 2016!

Most of DENICs mailing lists are closed and only accessible by members. There 
is one public though. Have a look at:

If you are interested in the networking operator group that is denog ( 
http://www.denog.de ) they also have a public mailing list linked from their 
home page.
