RC3 was fine, we did not have any big bugs that would stop the release.
Most people suggested new functionality instead. Only Nils Olav and
Andreas Laub were complain about multiple partitions problems. So a new
rc is on its way:

Test on your systems. If not mayor bugs are found it. This file will
became 4.7.
Can the administrators of the project be aware that the need to upload
the file to sourceforge? I estimate that the 26/27 could be a good day
for the release.
