Mr. UCD, tear down this wall!!

Baltimore and the 4700 block of Warrington have been trying to get the wall

Benny has wanted the wall down because people dump garbage on the parking
lot side of it, and he then has to clean it up.

The hookers and druggies want it to stay, cause it helps them conduct
business.

Down with the wall!

Of course, doofus. Otherwise he/she/it couldn't send mail to the list.
What's your point? There are a whole lot of dubious characters subscribed to
the list, like frintstance:

Who knows if these are real people or just whimsical handles somebody made
up when they were bored? There are 369 addresses subscribed to this list and
I'd be willing to wager that up to a third of them are dead, another third
are dogs pretending to be people, and maybe one-tenth are actual real-life
subscribers.

That's why it would be nice to see some introductions from the lurkers.

There is a trash can directly in front of the wall, next to the bike
rack. It seems it is often ignored by the wallsitters.

the parking lot or a catalyst I'm not exactly sure.

In practical terms, I think the wall is a hazard for drivers, bikers,
and pedestrians. It's difficult to get out of that parking lot onto
Baltimore with the reduced field of view.

The only time I see the wall used - and I go by that spot many times
daily, at least twice every day - is for folks from the the bars to sit
and smoke some weed.

I don't think replacing the wall with a bench (as the flyer taped to the
wall suggests) will alleviate this problem.

I rarely see it used for much else, but I am certain others will say it is.

Maybe it can get historic designation and they won't be able to tear it
down ... but they should tear it down, IMO.
