Re: [SlimDevices: Unix] Announce piCorePlayer 3.20
I embarked on this curl adventure because I get this LMS error message in the log: Plugins::Spotty::Connect::_getCurlCmd (364) Didn't find the 'curl' utility. Please install curl using your package manager. That's a actually a bit misleading. pCP comes with wget - which is being used instead of curl if available/needed. -- Michael ___ unix mailing list unix@lists.slimdevices.com http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/unix
Re: [SlimDevices: Unix] Announce piCorePlayer 3.20
So I've hit a hiccup trying to install curl. I was able to download it in the extensions page, but the "install" button under "uninstalled extensions" doesn't do anything. It seems to just refresh the page. I was able to install curl via SSH, but if I reboot, then it's no longer installed. Is this because it gets installed in the tmp folder? I apologize for Linux noobishness, but I can't seem to get this installation of curl to stick. [SlimDevices: Unix] Two instances of Picoreplayer each on a RPI Zero W as left and right speakers
Hi All! Is it possible, to use two instances of the PiCoreplayer on RPI Zero Ws as a left and right speaker? I want to build two independent speakers each with its power supply and a RPI Zero W. Or would it be better to build a single, bigger speaker for every room? Thanks DomCa DomCa's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=67470 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=108157 ___ unix mailing list unix@lists.slimdevices.com http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/unix
[SlimDevices: Unix] Still two issue to FIX
I am now very happy with my player after several issues have been fixed (turobo mode enabled to let me play 24/352 high res file and Edimax WiFi dongle to stream from network even at the highest bitrate) but I still need to fix two minor issues: 1) every time I boot the player, I need to go in "choose player" and select the second one avaialble, since the first does not work. Where come from these two players? How can I remove the not working one? 2) most of times I boot the player, the Internet radio are not avaialble and i have to restart. How to fix? regards. steff's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=66870 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=108156 ___ unix mailing list unix@lists.slimdevices.com http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/unix
