Lowering the volume from 100 to 90 seems to improve things. Normally I use the volume on my amp and fix Squeeze to 100%. Is there a problem with the Pi's when set to 100? Why would this cause distortion? Hello, I've setup piCorePlyer 3.5.0 on Raspberry Pi 3 Model B using standard hdmi output with my Denon AV receiver and have noticed the sound is distorted. I've tried to keep settings default. Is this normal? Do I need an additional card like hifiberry for high quality digital audio out? Many thanks divbo's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=68342 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=108852 ___ unix mailing list unix@lists.slimdevices.com http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/unix
