Re: [SlimDevices: Unix] Issue with 3 x PCPlayers - help?
If this were my installation I would do the following: Power off the the only-Players. Shutdown the LMS Delete all Players in server.prefs of the LMS New install of the only Players Control the network (IPs and MACs) on the command-line Configure the only Players(Hostname/Playername) Start the LMS Start the Players All in all half an hour of work best regards, sky skywalker's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=10849 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=114482 ___ unix mailing list unix@lists.slimdevices.com http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/unix

Re: [SlimDevices: Unix] Issue with 3 x PCPlayers - help?
I have looked into this more today... As an indicator that their is an issue please see this screenshot showing the picoreplayer player tabs but two tabs with the same name for players; https://prnt.sc/12b1h3c and another image showing issues; https://prnt.sc/12b2ozm I have previously given each pcp player its own player name and its own host name (in tweaks tab) so I can identify them on the network. when going to LMS > advanced > on player tab I note that I can only see one player and i can not see a MAC address - this is just set to 00:00:00:00:00:00 I have performed full update from within pcp on all 3 and rebooted all 3. Here is another image showing pcp diagnostics > network and it can not see the LMS ip. They seem to be in a constant state of flux changing their names and id each time they are accessed. Help much appreciated...
