Will need to spend >50% on site in Rochester. Could spend some time at the new vendor site in Minneapolis. Client is currently seeking to hire a Business Analysts to join our PMO/Managed Team Practice and to work with one of our premier healthcare clients. This individual must work well in a matrixed client environment and have excellent communication and requirement gathering skills. This is a fast changing environment and the role must demonstrate creative ideas on how to adapt and facilitate continuous improvement. This position will be working to drive out requirements for the implementation and integration of a new health insurance system. Core Business Analyst skills required include: - Experience/Familiarity with Agile Methodology (personas, storyboarding, backlog grooming, sprints) - Knowledge of SDLC - Experienced in Requirement Elicitation, Analysis and Design, Planning & Monitoring, Life Cycle Management, Solution Evaluation - Excellent communication and facilitation skills - Adaptable, Flexible - Experience with test planning, coordination, and execution - Experience as a Business Analyst in a HealthCare Payer environment would be an advantage due to the industry specific terminology and business processes.
