*Business Analyst*
Candidates local to Atlanta, GA only! And Citizen or GC.
*MUST HAVE:*
· *Current CCBA or CBAP Certification*
· 4+ years BA experience
· Experience with at least one (preferably all) of the following
methodologies:
o Agile
o KANBAN
o Waterfall
· Knowledge of IIBA and the BABOK® Guide
· Good communications skills (oral and written)
· Good interpersonal and consultative skills
· Facilitation and Influence skills
· Understanding of the PMBOK® and Project Management Principles
· Analytical thinking and problem solving
· Detail oriented and committed to a high level of accuracy
· Organizational skills
· Gaining knowledge of the business structure from the customer
· Stakeholder analysis
· Business rules analysis
· Data analysis
· Organization modeling
· Requirements gathering workshops/interviews/observation
· Establishing traceability from requirements to test cases
· Facilitate User Acceptance Testing with QA/QC
· Participate in the preparation of the Operations Handover Guide
and Transition Plan for projects
· Decision analysis
· Costs benefit analysis
· Knowledge of Project Management Information Systems
· Modeling processes using various notations
· Knowledge of technology structures: networks, database,
communications, internet
