*Job Description:*
*Need VBA, Excel, Macros, SQL and (Lean or Agile or Six Sigma) exp. *
Seeking an experienced associate to own and manage production support for a
portfolio of intent applications. This individual must have experience
designing, developing, testing, troubleshooting and maintaining *Excel
macros using VBA*. Good understanding of database fundamentals and
principles as well as *SQL* knowledge is highly desired. The successful
candidate must have the ability and desire to maintain positive business
relationships with internal customers at all levels. Strong communication
and problem solving skills in addition to being a team player is critical
for success in this role.
*Responsibilities *
•Provide production support to resolve user issues for intent applications
•Assess requests for new development (requirements, design), make
recommendations, and define solutions to business/systems problems and own
integrity of solution through customer acceptance and final disposition of
solution
•Develop, maintain, manage, and deliver technical information or
documentation to appropriate audiences in bank standard formats via print
and online mediums
•Consult to and help business partners make smart choices to ensure any new
development is done with ownership, accountability, and an eye to the future
•Identify and implement process improvements
*Basic Qualifications*
•High School diploma
•2 years experience design, develop, test, or troubleshoot and maintain *Excel
macros using VBA*
•Working knowledge of *SQL *
Desired Qualifications
•1 year experience programming in *SQL Plus or SQL Server*
•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Management of Information
Systems/Technology
•Knowledge of Acquisition Value Chain processes
•*Lean, Agile, Six Sigma or Business Process Management certification **
*•Excellent written and verbal communications
•Strong organizational skills, ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast
paced environment
•Proven ability to see and understand the big picture and be able to pay
attention to details
•Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
