Job Title: Network Security Engineer Location: Atlanta, GA / Tampa, FL Duration: 2 Years This Security Engineer is responsible for development, engineering, and deployment of several network security services. Candidates must possess expert knowledge of security architectures, firewall platforms, proxy platforms, Intrusion Detection and Prevention, TCP/IP and network protocols, and data transmission techniques. This candidate will design, specify, provision, configure, turn-up, and test complex security solutions working directly with Client’s customers. Three years direct Firewall (Checkpoint, Fortinet, Cisco ASA, Juniper, PaloAlto), proxy (Bluecoat), and IDS/IPS (McAfee, Sourcefire) experience is mandatory. Experience with Website design and Windows Application Firewall (WAF) technology is preferred. Strong customer facing skills and excellent oral written communications skills are required. A BS in a technical discipline is strongly preferred. TO BE CONSIDERED QUALIFIED FOR THIS ASSIGNMENT- CANDIDATES MUST HAVE 1. CCNP certification (ACTIVE) or equivalent level competency in IP Networking and routing protocols. Put CCNP certification number in supplemntal area. 2. Expert level competency in IP Network Security technology and architecture 3. Highly proficient oral communication customer facing skills 4.
