*Job Title: IT PM/BA* *Location, Dearborn, MI* *Duration, Long Term* *NEED LOCAL CANDIDATES ONLY* *Summary:* The Project Manager/Business Analyst position supports the appropriate Technology Manager in managing the development, delivery, and maintenance of technology. Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to: plan, execute, and finalize projects according to strict deadlines and within budget for the D3 websites. This includes acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants in order to deliver projects according to plan, roadmap scoping and platform defect management. The Project Manager/Business Analyst will also define the project’s objectives and oversee quality control throughout its life cycle, measure, monitor, and communicate technology performance; develop and manage project plans; and work cross-functionally to execute initiatives. Refine agile development process, requirement management, project management, and be an interface between account leads and the technology team. Essential Job Functions: 1. Manage project development from beginning to end 2. Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders 3. Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents 4. Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion 5. Liaise with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis 6. Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals 7.
