Variant configuration experience is necessary - Excellent knowledge of DP, SNP, PPDS, GATP. - Good understanding of Forecasting, Consumption based planning, Capacity Planning - Hands on configuration experience is required in end-to-end implementation of SAP PP including Forecasting, Consumption based planning, Capacity Planning and integration to SAP BI - Cross-functional knowledge in SAP SD, FICO and ABAP areas will be plus. - Good understanding on interface technologies like IDOC, FTP and RFC processes are required. - Skilled as a senior consultant or team lead on at least two full cycle implementation. - Expert in designing business processes, process re-engineering, analysis, process optimization, realization of the configuration, proof of concept, gap analysis, issue resolution, training, cutover, go-live assistance and post implementation support. - Adept at implementing technology-enabled business solutions for clients as part of a high-talent team. *Desirable:* - Able to work effectively with anyone with different skill sets, personalities, work styles, or motivation level - Able to create and communicate vision and ideas that inspires others to follow with commitment and dedication. - Skills to listen and articulate your ideas in writing and verbally to any audience in a way where you are heard and you achieve the goals you intended with that communication. - Able to maintain attention and achieve your desired outcome - Able to coordinate and solicit well represented opinions and feedback from a group with diverse perspectives to reach a common, best solution. - Able to influence perspective or decision making but still have the people you influence think they made up their own mind. - Able to be interesting and interested in business conversations that motivates people to want to be in your network. - Able to build trust, find common ground, have empathy, and ultimately build good relationships with people you like or in positions of power/influence.
