- Visual force development and layout/field editing and creation
- Apex Coding - creating triggers, new classes, and QA/debugging
- Work with Data Technology team to explain and troubleshoot API and field
sync-up issues
- Extensive experience managing and troubleshooting SFDC permissions,
access views, restrictions, and profile/user setup
- Creating and updating SFDC custom objects and data tables
- Creating workflow rules, tasks, and email alert setup
- Deploy changes for SFDC in production using Change Set tool.
- Create SFDC dynamic dashboard and reports
- Work collaboratively with Inc. Force.com team to troubleshoot and move
case reviews and projects forward including technical and code review
- Detailed technical documentation skills
- Excellent technical troubleshooting skills
- Understanding of Teradata ETL process
- Experience w/ AppExchange app setup, configuration and installation
procedures
- Moving account planning fields to global account planning object (Phase I)
- Adding visual basic for components in PDF (Phase I)
- Adding an account planning schedule/calendar (Phase I or II)
- Adding Financial snapshots to include in plan (Phase II)
- Individual dynamic dashboards
- Partner Monitoring
- Auto populating of annual financial data in account planning

- Update dashboards annually – titles, data, quota for each year
- Update comp plan reports for new year
- Financial snapshots for account plans (future as we don’t have yet)

- Permissions, licenses for new users
- Changes to dashboards and reports for new products
- Changes to dashboards and reports for new teammates
- Additional fields or pick list requests
- Adhoc reports (eg., scheduling, auto upload, etc.)
- Adding tiers to opportunities
- Account assignment changes
- Approval flow changes if mgmt. changes
