Java Architect @Austin, TX. Looking for hands on consultant.



* *15 years dev* experience with Java

* 5 years multi-tier *architecture experience – solution Architect*

* 2-3  years *Tomcat experience* à at application level

* 2-3 years distributed *caching experience* (Redis is a plus)

* 2-3 years of systems integration, particular message based
integration

* *Strong LMS domain knowledge, particularly quizzes – Nice to have*

* *Knowledge of learning standards, such as LTI, QTI an xAPI – Nice
to have*

* Experience with SSO (Oauth, SAML, Open ID Connect)

* Experience with architecting / designing applications to
cloud-scale

* Experience with deployment of applications to public cloud
providers

* *Good working knowledge of RDMS* (Oracle a plus)

* Good working knowledge of NoSQL

* Experience with source code control systems, such as Git/SVN

* Good knowledge of unit testing

* Experience working in Agile environments

* Containerizing applications would be a plus (Docker specifically)

* Experience with Continuous integration / CD tools would be a plus

Must Haves
