Provide support & manage Cyber Ark Enterprise Password Vault infrastructure including Access request issues and operations support. Support the eToken end users in obtaining new certificates, renewals/revokes and downloading high assurance or SAFE Biopharma certificates Provide support for addressing issues in digitally signing using DocuSign and My signature Book & its integrated applications - BioBook, CEN, Gnosis & Adobe PDFs Provide support VPN client that is integrated with CA Authminder for multi-factor authentication Manage new requests and renewal of Pfizer Internal SSL certificates and Entrust external certificates Ensure maximum availability of the PKI service Work with IAM architects, application developers and vendors to configure, test and troubleshoot IAM solutions that meet the business needs of the enterprise and are aligned and consistent with enterprise IT strategies and plans.
