Position: ETL Informatica Admin Location: Richmond or possibility remote for the right candidate Rate: depends on location. *ETL Informatica Administrator* Responsible for programming on specific application subsets of the company’s application portfolio, participating in all phases of the development and maintenance life cycle, typically for an assigned business unit or corporate department and utilizing various customer technology platforms. · Review project technical designs to determine ETL infrastructure requirements and recommend possible solutions conforming to Informatica best practices · Communicate and collaborate with high-level technical non-technical resources to ensure conformity to change management standards as it relates to HCA SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) processes · Provide Informatica Security support to include adding users and groups; provide UNIX platform support for Informatica; provide technical and on-call support for Informatica platform · Collaborate with other Informatica advisors on internal initiatives to increase project and platform efficiency; and work on project incidents related to either Informatica PowerCenter or UNIX to resolve coding issues. · Maintains standard configuration, available capacity, and stability of Informatica environments; performs system maintenance & software upgrades and patches; manages and escalates cases to software support vendor; coordinates with 24x7x365 team for off-hours maintenance and system activities · Performs system and user audits; collaborates with other infrastructure teams including database administrators, operation system administrators, FTP, and middleware teams to ensure a stable, functional application environment · Evaluates new software and upgrades. *Skills/Experience* · *Administration and Support of Informatica PowerCenter on AIX platform is required. * · Experience with Informatica Bid Data Edition, Informatica Data Quality, DVO, Proactive Monitoring, Metadata Manager, and PowerExchange on AIX platforms under version 9.x is highly desired. · *Experience with installations, patching and troubleshooting. * · Hadoop Experience highly desired. · Strong project and team leadership skills, excellent communication and planning skills *Thanks & Regards* *Viren Yadav* Business Head| IT Technologies & Informatics T 202-800-8409 | vi...@amtechpro.com *America** Technology Professionals *www.amtechpro.com *Save trees.
