*Client: AIG Life Insurance QA Lead with PEGA Berkeley Heights, NJ* *12+ months contract* *PHONE/Skype* - Must have QTP experience - Prefers Commercial Property experience - Prefers PEGA environment experience - Responsible for Preparing Test Strategy. - Responsible for managing the development and execution of formal test plans, test scenarios and test cases to ensure the delivery of quality software applications. - Should be a hands on testing team member, writing test cases/scripts, test case automation (QTP) and test execution. - Defines and tracks quality assurance metrics such as defects, defect counts, test results and test status. - Collects and analyzes data for software process evaluation and improvements, and integrates them into business processes to address the needs of the business. - Should be able to conduct status meetings and manage UAT - Should prepare all SDLC documents. - Performs quality audits across the various IT functions to ensure quality standards, procedures and methodologies are being followed. - Demonstrates specific technological expertise in RPTG (Cognos)/ETL (DataStage) and PEGA as well as Geospatial Analysis/testing. - Required: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or similar or equivalent work experience and 6+ years of systems development, testing and/or business experience. - Prior insurance experience is highly preferred but not mandatory.
