*Senior TPM - Scrum Master* *NYC* *6 months Contract to Hire* This candidate should be very capable and be willing to work in a demanding environment. This position does not expect the Scrum Master to solve a developer problem but does expect the Scrum Master to facilitate the solving of the problem for developers, i.e. coordinating the necessary steps to get the help needed and/or identifying the right people to assist. Goes above and beyond to ensure the work gets done in a timely manner, helps to alleviate any roadblocks and effectively communicate any issues to her or the team Expects the scrum master to be “hands-on”. The scrum master does act merely as a “messenger” but rather proactively helps to solve problems.
