The primary responsibility Senior Solutions Engineer is to configure and
support the CA platform supporting key Information Technology
Infrastructure Library {ITIL) processes such as Request, Incident, Problem,
Change, CMDB, Asset, Service Catalog, Knowledge, Employee Self Service and
other service modules for data center activities.
In addition to performing support functions, the Senior Solutions Engineer
performs design and implementation tasks like requirements gathering,
configuration, integration, and testing for data center equipment. The
Senior Solutions Engineer partners with users to create and modify process
workflows, reporting and dashboards in addition to developing knowledge,
technical and process documentation.
Additionally, the Senior Solutions Engineer stays abreast of new features
and functionality, playing a key role in driving continual improvement and
is a member of the Information Technology {IT) process ownership team.
Task for this project will include : Assist with CA Service Desk, CA know
ledge Management, CA CMDB, Asset Management, ITIL Virtualization
integration for data center servers.
Understanding and configuration of Asset Management tools, CMDB, & Asset
Management process for data center equipment Participate in the
development, testing, and implementation of disaster recovery procedures
for critical data center systems Evaluate, analyze and audit production
systems processes and server equipment Configuration for CA Report -
Jaspersoft Enable IT Customer Support Self Service for CA Service Desk
Work with business users to identify and refine business requirements and
workflows for add/changes/moves of data center equipment Develop systems
integrations and process automation - fully utilizing the platform's
workflow capabilities
