QA/Testing Analyst II
QA Testing Analysts act as a key participant in the data warehouse
application development lifecycle, participate in application analysis,
test strategy and plan development, test case creation, test script
development, test execution, defect tracking and reporting, and UAT
support. The candidates will need to work independently and have good
communication skill to interact with development and business team
• Participate in meetings with business and product management
staff in planning, requirement and scope discussion
• Perform testing activities based on project schedule,
generate deliverables per SDLC standard, report status and issues
• Design test case, test data and test automation
• Execute test cases, analyze and document results, identify
and manage defects
• Assist with the development of tools and processes to support
development integration testing
Qualification:
• *5 years experience as a QA/Test analyst performing Black
Box, Functional, System and Regression Testing *
• *2+ years experience with HP Testing tools including Quality
center, Test Director, QTP, Clear Quest *
• Experience with analyzing business requirements, functional
specifications to prepare and execute Test plans, Test cases, and Test
scripts (nice to have)
• *1+ years experience with batch and online testing in a
Mainframe environment including creating test data and reviewing output
files. *
• Good knowledge of TSO/ISPF, JCL, Mainframe tools and
utilities (SORT, SUPERCE etc.).
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Strong communication skills
